Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup sprzętu medycznego celem poprawy jakości
i zwiększenia dostępności leczenia dla pacjentów obarczonych chorobami cywilizacyjnymi w Samodzielnym Publicznym Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Chirurgii Urazowej im. dr. Janusza Daaba w Piekarach Śląskich, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ - Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia – Oferta Cenowa z podziałem na:
Pakiet nr 1 – Stół operacyjny – 4 komplety
Pakiet nr 2 – Diatermia – 6 szt.,
Pakiet nr 3 – aparat Esmarcha z wyposażeniem - 8 kompletów
Pakiet nr 4 – Zestaw do ogrzewania pacjenta – 8 kompletów
Pakiet nr 5 - Ssak elektryczny - 3 sztuki
Pakiet nr 6 – Stolik Mayo do instrumentów chirurgicznych – 4 sztuki
Pakiet nr 7 – Podest operacyjny jednostopniowy -8 sztuk.
Pakiet nr 8 – Wózek transportowy - 10 sztuk.
