The object of the acquisition is the acquisition of a software development package - integrated platform, which will manage the activity at the level of Niculesti commune in order to facilitate the procedures by implementing digitalisation. The procurement is carried out under the project ‘South-Muntenia Regional Programme 2021-2027’. Concretely, in the current context of the digitalisation of services, public and private institutions are confronted with an increased volume of data and documents, necessary both for carrying out their current work and for timely decision-making. Thus, putting in place a software system for managing databases will make an essential contribution to modernising the institution’s work and bringing it into line with current digital standards on administrative efficiency, data protection and transparency of decision-making processes. The description of the products is made in the Specifications, which contain all the information necessary for the elaboration of the offer. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The amendment of the public procurement contract, during its period of validity, may be made under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016 and the provisions of ANAP Instruction No 1/2021. This procedure is carried out subject to obtaining the necessary funds and approval of the project.
