Description

Framework contract for consultancy work in the field of design VA and ground engineering.
Objective and scope
Contracts between NVK and the suppliers are to be signed as framework agreements, i.e. the contract will give NVK the right to call for consultancy services in design VA and ground engineering over the period of the contract. Ranked call-out contracts will be signed with three tenderers, if so many are available. The tasks may relate to work from the study to the design and drawing up of final production documents, or part works in the field of consultants concerned. Examples of services are the preparation of contract documents for works, cost calculations, CAD drawing, design management. Consultancy assignments concern both larger and smaller projects. For each assignment, a project manager is appointed who will be the contact person of the requestor during the assignment period of the specific project.
The assignment shall be subject to the General Provisions applicable to consultancy in Arkitekt and engineering ABK 09.
