Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna sprzedaż na rzecz Zamawiającego, w okresie od dnia zawarcia umowy do 30 września 2025 roku, oleju opałowego lekkiego oznaczonego kodem CN 2710, do obiektów (lokalizacji) wskazanych przez Zamawiającego. Dostarczany olej musi spełniać wymagania jakościowe określone Polską Normą PN-C 96024: 2020-12 dla oleju opałowego. Zamówienie podzielono na 20 części. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz zasady realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w projekcie 4umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
