The purpose of this award procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of the product ‘Intervention and rescue vehicle from a height with articulated ladder package (42 ± 1 m)’, in accordance with the provisions of Tender Specifications No 53965 of 16 October 2024 and Technical Specification No 53941 of 15 October 2024. Requests for clarification in relation to the tender documentation will be sent only via SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated ‘Questions’ section of the details of the ongoing award procedure ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP’s notification No 247 on how to send requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation / responses to the procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the ‘Questions’ section will not contain their identification data, as they will become public when the contracting authority sends its reply! Deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
