The subject of the contract is: 1.1. delivery of 4 new low-floor electric buses with necessary and additional equipment, software and documentation. 1.2. delivery, installation and commissioning of a charging system consisting of 2 double stationary chargers with a total charging power of 200 kW (2 x 50 kW each of the chargers) in the bus depot of the Ordering Party. 2. The design of the buses and the solutions used are to guarantee the operation of the buses with an average of 70,000 km of annual mileage. 3. The technical solutions used must be tested, implemented in series production and their reliability must be confirmed at least in in-service tests. 4. The buses offered cannot be prototypes and must be in the current sales offer and must be manufactured no earlier than 2027. The prototype is considered to be the first unit of an electric bus, made according to the prepared documentation, on which tests and tests are carried out to check the correctness of the documentation and its functioning before the start of series production. 5. The design of the buses offered and all other elements made by the bus manufacturer are to be made of stainless or hard-rusting materials. In the case of the use of rust-resistant materials, the bus must have an anti-corrosion protection made in a closed technological cycle. 6. The buses offered must be designed in such a way that they can be operated without failure for a long time at ambient air temperatures in shaded areas from -25 ° C to +40 ° C. 7. The ordered buses are to be made using the latest technical achievements and workshop knowledge ensuring trouble-free operation with a minimum of maintenance work. Materials checked and approved for use in business are to be used for production. 8. The bus is to be powered by an electric motor with a power of at least 160 kW, powered by an electric energy storage with a nominal capacity of at least 250 kWh. 9. Formal requirements, technical parameters and equipment that must be met and possessed by the buses offered together with the traction battery charging system are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. 10. The Contractor is obliged to make arrangements with the Ordering Party in the period between signing the contract and receipt, to the extent and within the time limits specified in Annex 2 to the contract. 11. Where reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions, i.e. those that guarantee the performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the description of the subject of the contract and ensure that technical parameters are not inferior to those assumed. 12. Where a reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to specific labels referred to in Article 104(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EC) No 207/2009, that reference shall be made to those labels. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party accepts all labels confirming that the given deliveries meet the equivalent requirements of the label specified by the Ordering Party. 13. Where the Contractor, for reasons beyond his control, is unable to obtain the label or equivalent label specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall accept other appropriate means of proof in question, in particular the technical documentation of the manufacturer, provided that the Contractor concerned proves that the supplies to be made by him meet the requirements of the specified label. 14. If the contractor intends to use equivalent solutions, it must indicate these solutions and demonstrate, by any means of proof, that the solutions proposed meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to an equivalent degree. The burden of proving equivalence shall lie with the Contractor. In such a situation, the above-mentioned documents will constitute the evidence in question. 15. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 16.
