Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för kamerabevakning samt installation av kameraanläggningar inom de egenägda respektive inhyrda lokaler. Upphandlingen genomförs av Sigtuna kommun tillsammans med AB Sigtuna hem och Sigtuna vatten och renhållning AB. Tjänsten omfattar installation av kameraanläggningar samt bildöverföring i realtid till larmcentral som ska kunna detektera och aktivera larm till larmoperatör när det förekommer onormalt beteende inom kameraövervakat område. I avtalet ingår inte larmcentralstjänster.
