Description

This is not a prior information notice, a contract notice or a call for tenders and the publication of a notice does not trigger a call for competition. The aim is to carry out a demanding repair as a ST contract. The object of the acquisition is a pier built in year 1. The pier is built of stones on top of a log coffin. The previous renovation has been carried out by casting a large amount of concrete inside the stones. The stones are attached to each other by drilling with irons. Over time, there have been plenty of holes in the log coffin and it has bulged under a stone casing. The previous heavy use of concrete has certainly increased the weight of the structure. However, the stone is quite straight. The client's goal is to preserve the historical and beautiful overall appearance of the pier. The St contract format is used to search for a technically functional and cost-effective solution. The market dialogue will seek suitable technical specifications for the tendering phase. For example, a suitable dimensioning load for different forces of ice. Load-bearing capacity and duration of the structure. The market dialogue shall take the form of bilateral technical dialogues through Teams. The aim is an open debate. The events will be held by the end of February.
