Description

The supply of organics of fermented alcohol of anhydrous in general denatured is indispensable for the fulfilment of the legal obligation of the contracting authority, which is required by law to incorporate a specified quantity of bio-components into fuel. The supply of bio-components also serves to meet the contracting authority’s business needs, to ensure the fulfilment of contractual obligations and commercial activities, and for the purposes of resale, so that the contracting authority is able to carry out its business. The subject-matter of the contract is the regular supply of fermented ethyl alcohol of anhydrous generally denatured, which is used by the contracting authority to carry out its commercial activity.
