1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical materials, parts and special tools for maintenance and repair work up to 40 MM AGL K4 automatic grenade launcher , the scope of the contract includes 2 tasks, i.e. - Task No 1 - Technical material means for the 40mm AGL K4 automatic grenade launcher - Task No 2 - A set of special tools for maintenance and repair work for the 40mm AGL K4 automatic grenade launcher Information on the type and quantity of individual assortment will be provided at the second stage of the procedure to the Contractors invited to submit tenders. 2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option. 3. The contractor's quality management system must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The subject of the contract will be subject to quality supervision carried out by the RPW in accordance with AQAP 2131 edition C version 1. 4. In accordance with Article 404 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act for the award of contracts in the fields of defence and security may be applied for by an Contractor established or residing in one of the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area or a country with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland has concluded an international agreement concerning these contracts.
