Description

The subject of this framework agreement is the painting of the common parts and the external surroundings governed by Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
Under the provisions laid down in Article 36 (ii) of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement, that framework agreement is reserved for structures for integration through economic activity referred to in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and to equivalent structures, employing a minimum proportion of disadvantaged workers fixed at 50 % by Article 13 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
