Description

Services for the development and implementation of an Integrated Solution for Organization, Modeling, Analysis and Reporting of Data (SIOMAR) for the National House of Public Pensions The main objective of this contract is the procurement of specialized services for the implementation and development/configuration of software, as well as the provision of IT&C equipment necessary for the efficient development and operation of a BI analysis and reporting solution, which includes: - the hardware infrastructure necessary for the consolidation and performance of databases; - specialized software applications for ETL, modelling, analysis and visualization; - Analytics and AI components for predictive and anti-fraud scenarios; - implementation services, training and technical assistance. The implementation of SIOMAR will allow: - Modernisation of the reporting process: by automating the production of standard and custom reports, eliminating dependence on obsolete tools (e.g. FoxPro, Excel) and island data sources. - Increased decision-making capacity: By providing real-time updated performance indicators and scoreboards, NCPP decision-makers can adopt timely and data-driven policies. Development of the internal control and audit function: automatically extracted key indicators will allow to monitor the efficiency of internal processes and detect potential non-compliances. - Improving inter-institutional collaboration: by providing data quickly and securely to other institutions (MMSS, Ministry of Finance, NIS, Court of Auditors, European Commission, etc.). - Increased analytical capacity: by introducing advanced models of predictive analysis, behavioural analysis and fraud detection, we move from a descriptive analysis to a forward-looking one with strategic value.
