Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la restructuration — extension au lycée Douanier-Rousseau à Laval (53). L'opération portera essentiellement sur l'amélioration fonctionnelle et l'extension de locaux d'enseignement dont notamment la rénovation des locaux du pôle scientifique, de l'accueil, de la vie scolaire et du pôle médico-social en procédant à des restructurations et extensions, au traitement de l'enveloppe du bâtiment, à la mise en accessibilité handicaps et à divers travaux connexes. Cette opération devra prendre en compte l'organisation des travaux en site occupé selon un phasage et le désamiantage de certains locaux.
