Description

(1) The subject-matter of the contract shall be: ‘Purchase of a light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Voluntary Fire Brigade unit in Dębiń’ 2) The CONTRACTOR undertakes to manufacture, deliver, transfer ownership to the CONTRACTOR and hand over the vehicle to the CONTRACTOR as part of the task ‘Purchase of a light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Voluntary Fire Brigade unit in Dębiń’ meeting the minimum technical and operational requirements specified in Annex 1a to the Contract Specifications (SWZ), which forms an integral part of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as ‘Subject of the Agreement’. 3) The CONTRACTOR will issue the CONTRACTOR with the subject of the contract with a full tank of fuel and operating fluids. 4) Ownership of the subject of the contract passes to the CONTRACTOR at the moment of signing the actual acceptance report without reservations, after prior training. 5) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the contracting authority's requirements for implementation and acceptance are determined by: - description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1a to the FTZ. These requirements and technical parameters are the minimum requirements that must be met by the offered subject of the contract. The Ordering Party shall allow equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety, durability and technical and performance parameters as the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. – draft contract – Annex 6 to the FTZ. All the requirements set out in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms of the contract on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act. 7) Warranty - Required undercarriage warranty period of minimum 24 months. - Required warranty period for the construction of a minimum of 24 months. The Contractor may extend the warranty period for the completed subject of the contract. The offer providing for the extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of the offers using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer - Chapter III, subchapter 5 of the FTZ.
