Description

This consultation concerns children's stays organised by the Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years. Contracts are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the "Code". Referred to as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG applicable to current supplies and services. They are awarded according to the open adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Article R 2123-1 3° and Articles R.2123-4 et seq. of the Code, their object constituting specific services, within the meaning of the notice of 27 March 2016 relating to public procurement contracts having as their object social services and other specific services. These contracts constitute framework agreements with purchase orders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code.
