Description

The subject of this contract is the treatment and recovery of residual household waste, also known as household waste from door-to-door collectors and voluntary feed-in points on Community territory.
The services are specified in the CCTP. All the information given in this contract and enabling the holders to carry out their proposals is given as an indication. When the contract takes effect, this shall be the technical and economic responsibility of the applicants if their proposals underestimate the needs to be implemented.
The Communauté d’agglomération de la Riviera Française cannot be penalised either technically or economically.
