Tender for the main contract for the renovation of three high-rise buildings
Contracting entity (Tranemosegård afd. 13 v/D.S.I. Tranemosegård) hereby offers a main contract for the renovation of three high-rise buildings following the competitive procedure with negotiation. The contracting entity shall be represented by BO-VEST as manager and administrator. The project concerns an extensive renovation of the three high-rise buildings in D.S.I. Tranemosegård afd. 13 Silergården (T13) in Brøndby Strand and associated renovation of the nearby outdoor areas by the three high-rise buildings. The project's 180 homes are distributed at the addresses Ulsøparken 2 and 6 and Tranumparken 7, 2660 Brøndby Strand. The interior of the building has not been renovated since its construction in the 1970s. Installations are worn out and surfaces are worn out. The goal of the renovation is to modernize and future-proof the interior conditions of the building, so that they are improved and lifted in quality. The facades of the buildings, like the interior conditions, are worn down, and the concrete is in many places weathered with exposed corroded reinforcement. For both technical and economic reasons, the buildings' concrete front plates are maintained and supplemented with new built-in facades. The renovation is carried out in three consecutive stages (Events 1, 2 and 3). Each stage is carried out and delivered separately to the contracting authority before the next stage begins. Similarly, the related landscape works are carried out and delivered separately to the client. The tender is subject to approval by the granting agencies, including Bo-Vest and the support authorities.
