Task No. 2 - Reconstruction of the Student House No. 2 of the Medical University of Lublin as part of raising the standard in residential rooms, extension of the building with staircases and adaptation to the applicable regulations along with thermomodernization. 3.The Contracting Authority shall provide separately for each task the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act to the value of 15% of the basic contract. 4.The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to carry out the on-site inspection necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131 para. 2 of the PPL Act. 5.The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the means of proof in question with the offer. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice. 7.The Contractor must attach to the tender a declaration of non-exclusion valid at the date of submission of tenders and of compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in accordance with Annex 3 to the EMS. 8. The GDPR.Information on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data is set out in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ. 9. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
