Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa i instalacja sprzętu medycznego na potrzeby Poradni urologicznej SP ZOZ w Łapach, zgodnie ze specyfikacjami: rodzajową oraz ilościową, które składają się na opis przedmiotu zamówienia (zał. nr 7 do SWZ – Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy, zał. nr 2 do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy oraz zał. nr 8 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia).
Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zakup uroflowmetru do badań urologicznych pozwalający na sprawdzenie między innymi objętości wydalanego i zaległego moczu oraz tempo przepływu. W zestawie znajduje się m.in. krzesło mikcyjne, przetwornik, oprogramowanie niezbędne do działania urządzenia.
