Description

El objeto del contrato es dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el Real Decreto 1627/1997, de 24 de octubre, por el que se establecen disposiciones mínimas en seguridad y salud en las obras de construcción, que obliga al promotor, a la EPE Portos de Galicia, a la designación de un coordinador en materia de seguridad y salud en la fase de redacción del proyecto de construcción y en la fase de ejecución de obra cuanto contrate con terceros.
