Nærværende prækvalifikation vedrørende totalrådgivningsudbuddet omhandlende bygge- og anlægsarbejder i forbindelse med anlæggelse af bygningsmassen til COBRAcable. Energinet.dk anlægger sammen med det hollandske selskab TenneT et 320-350 km langt jævnstrømskabel med tilhørende konverterstationer i Endrup ved Esbjerg og og Eemshaven i Holland.
Forbindelsen kaldes COBRAcable. Det skal præciseres, at der ikke er tale om offshore arbejder, men bygninger på land nærmere betegnet i Endrup ved Esbjerg. Kontrakten udbydes på grundlag af et specifikt udbudsmateriale.
