Description

The tender concerns the supply of electrical switchboards to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, cf. Annex 2. The tender is intended to ensure the supply of electrical switchboards for Novafos’s projects concerning the renovation of ‘Novafos standard pumping stations’. This includes Novafo's domestic pumping stations, CAT I, CAT II, as well as CAT III pumping stations. Tasks related to the Framework Agreement will be the following: Purchase of necessary materials for the construction of electrical panels. Including handling of any client deliverables. Construction of electrical panels according to Novafo's construction manuals. Adaptation of documentation in case of any changes during the design period. Testing and testing of electrical panels in accordance with current legislation and Novafo's requirements. Freight of electrical panels from production site to specified Novafos location. Construction of electrical diagrams in general. The contracting entity wishes to enter into an agreement with three economic operators and will award tasks in accordance with the award procedure specified in the framework agreement. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement (a total of 4 years including the possibility of extensions) is DKK 20 million excluding VAT, based on historical data and the customer's expectation of future consumption. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement (a total of 4 years including the possibility of extensions) is estimated at DKK 35,000,000 excluding VAT.
