Description: Tenderers shall state one fixed price per annum (school year), including all costs, excluding VAT. The offered fixed price cannot exceed NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per annum (school year). The tenderer with the lowest price for the evaluation will get an unweight score of ten. The other tenderers will have their scores reduced in accordance with the following formula: Unweighted score = Lowest price/offered price * 10

Description: Under the award criteria "Quality", the contracting authority will assess the tenderer's availability, facilities and animal husbandry, including: Courtyard areas at your disposal Tenderers are asked to describe the courtyards that are available for training purposes in accordance with the agreed times, 5 days a week Monday - Friday in the school ́s opening hours - 190 days a year. This will be a carpentry workshop, mechanical workshop and any other teaching premises. The contracting authority requests that pictures and plan drawings of relevant premises are attached in the tenderer ́s tender. Facilities Tenderers are requested to describe access and parking options for pupils and employees in the municipality, as well as other available facilities such as toilets and the internet. Animal husbandry If a tenderer has animal husbandry, this will be emphasised positively in the evaluation. Tenderers are asked to describe their animal husbandry. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of the award criterion "Quality". The mentioned elements are not necessarily emphasised equally in the overall assessment. The tenderer who is assessed as best on "Quality" will be awarded a score of 10. Other tenders will be awarded a score relatively to the best tender.
