Description

The purpose of the consultation is, in accordance with Articles 38 to 40 (competitive dialogue) of Decree No 2005-1742 of 30 December 2005, to award a design/construction contract (property development type) – operation and maintenance for the restructuring (including energy performance) of an office building with 55.475 m² of floor area on behalf of SOVAPAR4 in Paris (75007), FRANCE.
Unsuccessful candidates who have submitted a final tender which complies with the requirements will be compensated by the payment of a premium of up to EUR 100,000 excluding tax.
