Description

Die Gemeinde Auhausen plant im Rahmen einer städtebaulichen Förderung die Sanierung, Reaktivierung und Umnutzung des historischen Prälaturgebäudes und optional der Nebengebäude. Das Prälaturgebäude inkl. des nördlichen Anbaus ist ein Einzeldenkmal, dass saniert, umgebaut und um einen Erweiterungsbau ergänzt werden soll. Die Nebengebäude können in einem optionalen zweiten Bauabschnitt entweder saniert und für die neue Nutzung umgebaut werden oder abgerissen und durch Ersatzneubauten ersetzt werden. Das Areal wird der öffentlichen Nutzung zugeführt und soll als Ortszentrum und Begegnungsort fungieren.
