Description

Servicii de mentenanta pentru sistemul informatic integrat Hipocrate.
Se va incheia un acord cadru de prestare de servicii pe 36 luni. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: se vor atribui contracte subsecvente lunar, trimestrial, semestrial sau in functie de necesarul autoritatii si de fondurile bugetare alocate.
Cantitate min. Acord-cadru: 24 luni. Valoare estimata min. Acord cadru 699.600,00 RON.
Cantitate max. Acord – cadru: 36 luni. Valoare estimata max. Acord cadru 1.049.400,00 RON.
Cantitate min. Contract subsecvent: 1 luna. Valoare estimata min. ctr. subsecvent: 29.150,00 RON.
Cantitate max. Contract subsecvent: 12 luni. Valoare estimata max. ctr. subsecvent: 349.800,00 RON.
Termenul limita pana la care orice operator poate solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare cu privire la procedura de atribuire este de 20 zile, inainte de termenul limita de depunere al ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98 /2016.
