Description

1. The subject of the order is the production and delivery to the Employer's headquarters of branding and exhibition materials building brand awareness: The European Funds. 2. The materials will be used for information and promotion activities, which will serve to build the European Funds brand, perform an educational and visual identification function of European Funds during trainings, events and meetings, as well as an information function and ensure appropriate marking of the place of implementation of operations financed from the CAP SP 2023-2027. 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1D to the contract and will be introduced as an annex to the public contract. 4. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract – and constitute Annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 5. The subject of the contract is financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development under scheme II: Support for operations implemented under the NRN+ CSP 2023-2027 – Technical assistance under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027. 6.
