Description

Die Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH (nachfolgend Beschafferin) beabsichtigt die für den weiteren WLAN Ausbau benötigte Hardware sowie die dazugehörigen Lizenzen in Form eines, in die Lose Cisco Access Points (Los 1) und Cisco Access Switches (Los 2) aufgeteilten Auftrages zu vergeben. Die Festlegung auf die vorbenannten Produkte ist gerechtfertigt, da es sich bei der Beschaffung um eine Erweiterung des bereits vorhandenen Cisco-WLAN-Netzes, bestehend aus ca. 1000 Cisco Access Points und 280 Cisco Access Switches, handelt. Der Einsatz von Produkten anderer Hersteller ist vorliegend mangels Kompatibilität nicht möglich. Insofern ist die Festlegung auf die Produkte der Cisco Systems, Inc. begründet.
