Description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of natural gas, high-methane gas with the symbol E according to PN-C04750:2011 for the needs of the facilities of Tarnogórski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji sp. z o.o., i.e. Water Park in Tarnowskie Góry. 2. The estimated demand for natural gas for the duration of the contract will be 4 440 000 kWh for a period of 12 months from 01 August 2025 to 31 July 2026. Quantity per month: - July – 370 000 kWh – August – 370 000 kWh – September – 370 000 kWh – October – 370 000 kWh – November – 370 000 kWh – December – 370 000 kWh – January – 370 000 kWh – February – 370 000 kWh – March – 370 000 kWh – April – 370 000 kWh – May – 370 000 kWh – June – 370 000 kWh. The delivery of natural gas will take place through the distribution network belonging to the DSO, with which the Ordering Party will have a signed contract for the provision of such services, at the latest on the date of commencement of the sale of gaseous fuel, on the basis of this contract. 4. The gaseous fuel supplied must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws [Dz. Journal of Laws 2020, item 833 as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis and Polish Standards. 5. Natural gas will be supplied 24 hours a day. 6.
