Description

Open tender procedure on the basis of Article 18(1)(1) and (2), Article 73(1) and Chapter Ten, Section I of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP). The purpose of the procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements for each lot with one contractor and certain conditions in them, without subsequent internal competitive selection. Each tenderer may submit a tender for one, more than one or all of the lots covered by this contract. After the conclusion of the framework agreements, the Contracting Authority will make written requests to the selected contractor for the conclusion of separate contracts for the acquisition of kitchen equipment and equipment.
