Description

As part of the preparation of the consultation that should be launched in the course of 2026, the Métropole de Lyon is organising a sourcing on the basis of Article R2111-1 of the CCP. It invites economic operators who wish to do so and who can prove their competence as an asbestos locator or aspiring to be an asbestos locator in at least one of the 3 sub-domains of the " building sector other than batis" in accordance with the provisions of the Order of 4 June 2024, to be made known before 3 November 2025 at 12.00. The purpose of this notice is not to conclude a public procurement contract. The needs of the Métropole de Lyon will be the subject of a specific subsequent procedure. Sourcing will be organised as follows: 03/11/2025: sending a questionnaire to the economic operators who have requested it, which must be returned in accordance with the procedures indicated when the questionnaires were sent. Depending on the number of questionnaires filled in and returned, an individual interview phase to be offered to candidates during the period from November 17 to 28, 2025. Candidates are invited to take note of the sourcing note attached (section Regulation Consultation) to this notice
