Il s'agit de la relance d'une précédente consultation déclarée infructueuse.
La RD498 est un axe stratégique desservant depuis l'A72 la partie Sud-Ouest de la plaine du Forez. Dans le cadre de recherches d'amélioration à apporter aux protections acoustiques existantes, le Département de la Loire recherche un bureau d'études spécialisé afin d'avoir une assistance à maîtrise d'œuvre.
Concernant trois secteurs géographiques, cette assistance à maîtrise d'œuvre, comprend une tranche ferme de trois missions [diagnostic/propositions, études et élaboration du Dossier de consultation des entreprises (DCE)] et une tranche optionnelle de deux missions (analyse des propositions des entreprises/suivi et vérifications des études d'exécutions et suivi de travaux/co.
