1. The subject of this contract is the supply and assembly of laboratory furniture necessary to equip new teaching and scientific rooms of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at ul. Unit 10 in Sosnowiec. 2. The subject-matter of the contract should be implemented on the basis of the assumptions set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract contained in the Assortment and Price Specifications (Annex 2 to the SWZ), the Technical Specifications (Annex 3 to the SWZ) and the Model Contract (Annex 5 to the SWZ).
