Description

Wageningen Food Safety Research (WFSR) is the only official organization with a control and emergency laboratory for the government for food and animal feed in the Netherlands. Much of the work focuses on microbiology (particularly bacteriology and virology) with around 140,000 analyses in 46,000 samples annually. In order to continue to guarantee safe and reliable food, WFSR must be equipped with a new BSL-3 facility. A new building is envisaged consisting of a facility consisting of a building layer for technology (3rd), a building layer with BSL 3 laboratories (2nd), a building layer with offices (1st) and a building layer with technology and optional offices (bg). Total approximately 1608 m2 GFA. The purpose of this European open invitation to tender is to conclude two contracts, one for each lot, for the design work relating to the above-mentioned project, including the aesthetic supervision of the implementation phase. For both contracts, the contract will be awarded per design phase. Assignment for a particular phase does not entitle the consultant to a follow-up assignment for the next phase.
