Description

The scope of the operation takes into account the new construction of a 12-class school group, associated outdoor areas and garden, parvis and parking areas. The school group is accompanying the creation of a new district in the south of Roissy-en-Brie. 500 dwellings are planned in the new neighbourhood, including 200 individual dwellings and around 300 collective dwellings. There are also areas for economic activities. The school group project takes place at the north of the neighbourhood on the edge of the wetland identified within the SAGE. In detail, the programming includes:
— a school group of 12 classes: 4 maternal classes, 6 elementary classes and 2 classes that can be assigned to any of the entities,
— extracurricular leisure areas,
— areas for activities aimed at children but which can also be used by associations and residents in the evening.
The outdoor areas of the project consist of:
— a public parvis and parking area of approximately 2 300 m²,
— reclamation courtyard and teacher car park spaces of approximately 3 500 m²,
— garden areas and sports desks of approximately 1 500 m².
The estimated surface area of the project is approximately 2 290 m² of usable areas. The project is being implemented on a plot of 10 700 m². The project manager has set the estimated budget for the project at EUR 6 980 000 net of works costs.
