Description

Grün Berlin GmbH intends to commission services for the maintenance of the groundbreaking signage for the hiking traffic of the Green Main Routes in Berlin. The services to be awarded include both short-term missions to repair damage (within 8 or 24 hours, approx. 5 missions/year) and repair measures which are derived from the annual sign inspection (not part of this call for tenders) and represent the majority of the services to be awarded. When checking the inventory (increasing from 2024 to about 2,600 signposts with about 5,500 individual signs and about 700 stickers), twisted, loose or defective signs are recorded as a need for repair. Defective signs or posts must be newly produced or procured and installed by the contractor. In addition, the signage of stickers, graffiti, weather-related and other dirt must be cleaned.
