Description

The district of Unterfranken plans to rebuild the Jakob-Riedinger House in Würzburg as a residential and residential home for persons with disabilities.
In total, there are 3 levels, ground floors up to 2. Og planned for the staggered structure with a total of approx. 2 638 m² NF at approx. 5 312 m² BGF and 21 490 m³ BRI.
A total of 62 places are planned, divided as follows: EG Wohnheim, with two groups of apartments with 7 places and 1 and 2. Og nursing home with 2 groups of 12 places each.
The energy concept provides for a local heating network with a connection to a BHKW operated by the network supplier.
The total costs (KG 200-700 according to DIN 276) are estimated on the basis of parameters at around EUR 13300000 gross.
Anticipating dates:
— Planning starts immediately after completion of negotiated procedures;
— Building permit procedure 2017;
— Construction planned to start 1st quarter 2018;
— Completion and take-up of 1st quarter planned in 2020.
