Description

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje:
1) dostawę rezonansu MRI 7T do zastosowań badawczo naukowych w zakresie zaawansowanych badańmózgu i obrazowania innych obszarów anatomicznych w obrębie całego ciała ludzkiego wraz z wyposażeniemi akcesoriami opisanymi w kolejnych załącznikach (miejsce montażu Polska, Lublin ul. Pagi/Głęboka,laboratorium w aktualnie budowanym Centrum ECOTECH-COMPLEX);
2) montaż, instalację (także oprogramowania), przygotowanie pomieszczenia (jak montaż osłon radiacyjnych) iuruchomienie rezonansu wraz z wyposażeniem i akcesoriami w laboratorium budowanego Centrum Ecotech-Complex, Lublin ul. Pagi/Głęboka;
3) przeszkolenie wskazanego, przez Zamawiającego, personelu w zakresie obsługi aparatu wg opisu z zał.1.3;
4) wykonanie innych warunków opisanych w kolejnych załącznikach;
5) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 1 do SIWZ.

b) załącznik nr 1.2 – parametry oceniane wraz z punktacją.
c) załącznik nr 1.3 – dodatkowe warunki dostawy MRI 7T.
d) załącznik nr 1.4 – opis miejsca instalacji rezonansu MRI 7T.
