Description

2.1 The Contractor shall provide comprehensive event management services for various events of the Client. The contractor will act as lead agency and will be responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of events of different sizes and types (e.g. conferences, trade fair participations, workshops, company parties, networking events). The vast majority of events are designed to inform multipliers. These are, for example, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the Chambers of Crafts, housing subsidy agencies, youth welfare institutions, employment agencies, credit institutions or other advisory institutions.
