Description

The physical object of the operation concerns the preparation of a study of morphological rules for building and architecture, in areas inside and outside agglomerations of up to 2 000 inhabitants of the Regional Units of Kavala and Thasos in the Region of Macedonia, Thrace, and will include:
The completion and specification of the institutional building framework for housing with specific morphological rules. Each spatial unit will be studied separately as distinct objects with specific objectives as follows:
(A) Buildings classified as traditional by decrees of a general nature and/or valuable settlements which should be classified as traditional by special protection decrees.
(B) Housing of less than 2000 inhabitants who are not classed as traditional and are not proposed to be classified, but it is considered necessary to lay down morphological conditions and building rules for them.
(C) a countryside, drawing up a building framework and guidelines to prevent inappropriate interventions that may arise from the construction of new buildings in the countryside, both in the immediate surroundings of the settlements and in environmentally sensitive areas and landscapes.
The contract is not split into lots and variants will not be taken into account.
