Description

The nearly 7.8 km long national road section N12.84 from Flamatt (canton border) to Weyermannshaus (connection Bümpliz) is to be repaired as part of a UPlaNS. The project perimeter is located on maintenance section 84 of the N12 between km 68.8 to km 76.6. This maintenance plan includes the renewal of the roadway including breakdown lanes, the repair of all artificial structures in need of renovation, the adaptation or renewal of the noise barriers if necessary, the refurbishment and, where necessary, enlargement of the existing SABAs, as well as the repair of the operating and safety equipment. The total cost of the project is estimated at approximately CHF 100 - 120 million (as of 2023).
