Delivery of two Mini ASF with rotary drum and single filling
The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of two complete mini-waste collection vehicles by the contractors of the lots. The required rotary drum superstructures and the fillings must be mounted and assembled on the supplied two-axle chassis. The total output will be awarded in the following lots. Lot 1: • Delivery of two two-axle chassis capable of accommodating one rotary drum body (3 to 5 m3) each to the tenderer in Lot 2, at the latest by the dates specified by the tenderer in Lot 2: • Delivery/assembly of one rotary drum assembly (3 to 5 m3), delivery/assembly of one automatic individual filling to the rotary drum assembly for the mounting of MGB 120 l and 240 l. Complete assembly of the vehicles and delivery at the latest by the dates specified by the tenderer. The contractual scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services: • Delivery of two two-axle chassis by the contractor of lot 1 to the contractor's site of lot 2. • Delivery of two batches by the contractor of lot 2 to the contractor's site. • Installation of the delivered bulkheads to the rotary drum bodies • Adjustment work & functional testing of the assembled bulkheads • Complete assembly, approval (StVZO and tachograph), delivery/handover/acceptance of the complete vehicles at the TBR • Delivery/assembly of the OBU toll system • Provision of the lot-specific technical documentation • Training of the workshop staff and instruction of the operating staff • Ensuring the delivery of spare parts for the most common spare parts The complete vehicles must be delivered by the contractor of lot 2 at the earliest possible time, at the latest by the dates specified by the tenderer. The description of the services to be provided and the vehicle components mainly takes the form of performance and functional requirements. The procurement documents shall set out minimum technical and content-related standards, compliance with which is mandatory and must be demonstrated in the tender.
