Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting, transporting and managing all municipal waste from real estate on which residents live and from real estate which is partly residential property and partly uninhabited property within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Nowy Dwór Gdański and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 2. Equipping all properties with appropriate containers and bags for waste collection. 3. The provision of services should take place: 1. in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling is reduced. The contractor is obliged to provide such technologies and organisational solutions (e.g. sorting plants, processing plants) that will enable the required levels to be achieved. 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) can be found in Annex 3 to the FTZ, which at the same time constitutes Annex 1 to the contract. 6. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party recommends carrying out a local vision. Contractors can at any time make a local vision in the Municipality in order to get acquainted with its specificity, structure, types of buildings and determine the full range of works related to the implementation of the contract. The Contracting Authority informs that failure to carry out a local inspection by the Contractor will not result in the rejection of the tender. The contracting authority does not envisage organising a local vision with its participation.
