Description

1. The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive, multi-industry project and costing documentation for the investment task entitled: ‘Construction of the building of the Regional Court in Sosnowiec at ul. Kościelna’, together with obtaining a building permit and exercising author’s supervision (as an option) during the implementation of construction works in accordance with the design and costing documentation. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to perform comprehensive, multi-branch project and cost estimation documentation, in BIM technology, for the construction of the building of the Regional Court in Sosnowiec at ul. It's the church. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option in the scope of exercising copyright supervision over the developed documentation from the moment of introducing the future Contractor of construction works to the construction site until the date of obtaining a decision after the permit for use. The condition for commissioning author's supervision will be the award by the Ordering Party of the contract for the execution of construction works on the basis of design documentation.
