Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the modernisation of the metering system for energy consumption (‘MSE-O’) installed on traction rail vehicles (‘HKVs’) and electric bunk units (‘EPJs’) in ZSSK’s property, consisting of the following main activities: 1, Supply of components for MSE-O for 84 Pcs HKV/EPJ dependent traction on series HKV 263, 361, 362, 381, 671. 2, Installation and commissioning of MSE-O - on each individual HECV/EPU separately. 3, Delivery of complete required documentation. The result of the upgrade in question is the approval of the ‘MSE-O’ system as an invoicing system, so as to allow subsequent invoicing of the electricity consumed by the Distribution System Operator ‘(DSO)’ of ŽSR on the basis of measured data on electricity consumption and GPS location provided by that system. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract is defined in Section B.1 Description of the subject-matter of the contract of these procurement documents.
