The subject of the contract is the design, supply, installation and commissioning of energy storage facilities operating for the needs of existing RES installations for 8 public buildings and 162 private buildings belonging to the residents of Ciechanów. It is allowed to increase the number of energy storages to achieve the required storage capacity, i.e. 1606.80 kWh. The project will be implemented in the "design and build" formula as part of co-financing from the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 Programme, Priority II European Funds for the green development of Mazovia, Measure 2.3 Renewable energy sources, Project type: Energy and heat storage. Energy storage facilities are to be equipped with an energy management system (device and software), whose task will be: monitoring and control of electricity consumption in the facility, management of this energy, management and optimization of the energy consumption profile, maximization of self-consumption taking into account the optimization of the final electricity price. Due to the application in these proceedings of the provisions referred to in Article 139(2) of the Public Procurement Act, economic operators are not obliged to submit with the tender a declaration of non-exclusion, compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure on the single European document form (SEED), because the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of requesting this declaration only from the economic operator whose tender was the highest rated.
