The Emergency County Hospital "DR. CONSTANTIN OPRIS" BAIA MARE submitted for funding the project "Equipment of the Emergency County Hospital "DR. CONSTANTIN OPRIȘ" BAIA MARE with equipment that treats the critical patient with acute cerebral vascular pathology", through ERDF - Component C 15: Education, Priority 3: Increasing the effectiveness and resilience of the medical system in critical areas of strategic importance with a cross-cutting impact on health services and health status. Specific objective RSO4.5 Ensure equal access to healthcare and ensure the resilience of health systems, including primary care, and promote the transition from institutional to family or community-based care (ERDF). The aim is to reduce waiting times so that more than 75% of patients start treatment with rt-PA within 60 minutes of arrival at the hospital. The project also aims to improve the performance, quality and efficiency of hospital care, as well as the development of early and personalised neurorehabilitation services, through the use of innovative technologies and data analysis. These measures will help ensure continuity of care, rapid management of complications and thereby increase survival rates among critical patients. At the same time, the aim is to reduce morbidity, avoidable mortality and develop the skills of medical staff, through access to professional training and high-performance equipment. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications made beyond the deadline set in Section I of the Data Sheet.
