Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out an urban, technical and legal study of ZAC Finosello. The SCZ, which is the subject of the study, is composed as follows:
The following Logirem residences:

A total of: 496 Logirem dwellings.
A public nursery school belonging to the city of Ajaccio,
— A shelter for workers belonging to Adoma.
The objectives pursued by the study:
— An inventory of the existing situation in order to have greater visibility on the fate of land and the possibilities for developing the SCZ,
— proposals for urban, technical and legal solutions as well as scenarios to address existing problems related to these three areas.
The studies should lead to the resolution of the following issues:
— Legal conture of the ZAC,
— Avenues to exploit residual land (construction/sale?),
— Thermal and technical rehabilitation of the existing Logirem built heritage,
— Analysis of the potential of outdoor space fitting-out and accessibility of buildings,
— Opinion on the potential to sell certain dwellings on the site to the inhabitants,
The study to be carried out by the contractor must consist of the following sections:
— Technical part of the existing building,
— Energy and thermal part,
— Accessibility component,
— Urban and outdoor areas,
— Legal and land aspects,
— The contractor must produce the following deliverables:
— 1 deliverable for each of the 5 components of the study,
— 1 summary of the audits relating to the study of the various components. The latter must enable Logirem to understand, by crossing the five previous deliverables: the implications, opportunities and constraints arising from the various elements studied,
— 1 proposal document.
