Description

Within the project called "National Platform for Semiconductor Technologies" (PNTS) - funded through the Intelligent Growth, Digitalization and Financial Instruments Program - 2021-2027 (PoCIDIF) - it is necessary to purchase project management consulting services, in order to implement efficiently and in compliance and for the benefit of all partners involved. The buyer - and the signatory of the contract will be INCD for Microtechnology - IMT Bucharest (in short, IMT Bucharest), which is the leader of the partnership (LP) of the PNTS project. The duration of the PNTS project is 5 years: i.e. from 27.11.2024 to 26.11.2029. The consultancy activities covered by the contract will be complementary to those carried out by the implementation team of the Contracting Authority, without duplicating or substituting its tasks, and will be correlated with the monitoring and reporting requirements assumed by the LP in relation to the Intermediate Body (IB) and the Managing Authority (MA) of the funding programme. The PNTS project (SMIS Code: 304244) is carried out under the financing contract: No G 2024-85828/390008/27.11.2024, concluded with the Ministry of Research, Development and Digitalisation - currently appointed Ministry of Education and Research - as Intermediate Body, on behalf and for the Ministry of Investments and European Projects as Managing Authority for the PoCIDIF programme 2021-2027. The deadlines within which the contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by the interested economic operators: on the 11th day before the deadline set in the contract notice for the submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days.
