The EPD shall include the modules A1 - A4, as well as B4. Tenderers must document the prerequisites and measures that are the basis for calculating their EPDs. THE EPD must be valid (the normal validity is five years), third party certified and published in an EPD Programme. Operator. Project specific EPDs must refer to certified and published reference EPD Delivered EPDs will be seen as public In the evaluation, the column GWP total will form the basis, summed up for A1-A4, as well as B4. GWP total shall be stated per. quantity unit stated in the form. Lower kg CO2 equivalents are assessed as better than higher. The score will be calculated so that the lowest offered GWP total (A1-A4 + B4) per line achieves a full count (5 points). multiplied by the weight of the line) on each line and so that a doubling of GWP total compared to the lowest the offered gives 0 points. Higher GWP total than twice of the lowest GWP total also gives 0 points. Missing delivery of AN EPD for a product gives 0 points. GWP total between the lowest and twice the lowest, gears points calculated according to the following formula: 5*[weight of the line]*(2-[Offered GWP total]/[Lowest GWP total]) For a total point score on the award criteria, the sum of the points per line will form the basis. A tenderer will. thus only get a full payout on the award criterion if the he has offered the lowest GWP total for each line.
